Shri Satyavratha Teertharu

Dhyana Shloka

लोकेशु विख्यात सुकीर्तिमंतं । धीमंतमाध्यं क्षितिपालजातं ।
सत्यव्रतं ज्ञानविरागयुक्तं ।भक्तंहरे सत्यव्रतं भजेहं ।

lōkēśu vikhyāta sukīrtimaṁtaṁ |
dhīmaṁtamādhyaṁ kṣitipālajātaṁ |
satyavrataṁ jñānavirāgayuktaṁ |
bhaktaṁharē satyavrataṁ bhajēhaṁ |

Sri Satyavratha Theertha carried on the teachings of Sri Padmanabha Theertha and advised nearby kings in their responsibilities. He managed the ashram for over 16 years. In 1400, he chose Sri Swarnavarna Theertha as his successor and passed on the responsibilities of the ashram to him. Eventually, Sri Satyavratha Theertha was honored in Brindavan in Sri Rangam.

His Brindavan is located inside the Sri Ranganatha Swamy temple in Srirangam. The Brindavanas of his gurus and their gurus are also within the same temple premises
