Sri Prasanna Shoora Madhava Theertha is the twenty-third saint in the lineage of Tambihalli Mutt, succeeding Sri Madhava Theertha. He received Ashrama from Sri Vijaya Madhava Theertha and served as the head of the Peeta for about 12 years.

After guiding the Peeta and its disciples for his tenure, Sri Prasanna Shoora Madhava Theertha initiated Ashrama to Sri Vidyasagara Madhava Theertha, continuing the spiritual lineage of the Mutt.

Following his role in passing on the Ashrama, Sri Prasanna Shoora Madhava Theertha entered Vrindavana at Tambihalli, marking the end of his earthly journey and the transition to the realm of spiritual union.
