Ingredients (Servings – 4 People) Spinach (Cut) - 2 Cups Buttermilk - 2 Cups (little bit Sour) Turmeric Powder - ¼ table spoon Desiccated Coconut - 2 table spoon Salt - As required Chana Dal - 1 ½ table spoon Toor Dal - ½ table spoon Green Chillies - 2 Pcs Ginger - 1 small pc (Optional) Cumin Seeds - 1 table spoon Coriander Seeds - 1 table spoon Mustard Seeds - ½ table spoon Curry Leaves - Few Cooking Oil - 1 table spoon Asafoetida - A small pinch
