Is it acceptable to do namaskara with one hand?

The scriptures clearly say:

👉 Do not do Namaskara with one hand
👉 Do not do only one Pradakshina
👉 Do not take Darshan of God at improper times (Akaala)

What happens if we do this?

• The punya (merit) we have earned earlier may be lost
• It is considered disrespectful in worship

Some texts even strongly warn that:
👉 Doing Namaskara with one hand is a serious mistake and leads to punishment

What should we do?

👉 Always do Namaskara with both hands (properly joined)
👉 Do Pradakshina correctly, not just one round casually
👉 Take Darshan at proper times
