The doubt raised here is about whether photos or pictures of God can be placed facing the south direction.
The answer is yes, they can definitely be placed facing south.
All these direction-related rules are meant for us, not for God.
Bhagavan has no such restrictions, because He is Sarvavyapi—present everywhere.
So, there is no problem at all in keeping God’s photos or picture frames facing the southern direction.
